Volunteer

Joe mans the reception desk at Dial House, answering calls from members and professionals and signposting them to the right place. He is always on time, very efficient and we are not sure how we ever managed without him.

Joe has a first-class degree in computer science from Edge Hill University and is passionate about IT and helping people to use it. He is great at assisting the team with any IT glitches – a good guy to have around in this digital age!

When Joe isn’t immersed in IT, he likes to play dungeons and dragons and other board games. He also loves Pokémon and his favourite character is Lanturn.

Joe used to present his own radio show playing heavy metal music and used to have a YouTube channel too!

Finally, Joe also has some absolutely fantastic jumpers – quite a few knitted by his talented Mum. Our personal fave is his Super Mario one.
