Our pop in and chat session is every Wednesday 1-3pm. This is an informal social session with board games, jigsaws, colouring and fidget toys, where members can chat to each other over a tea/coffee. Our staff and volunteers are on hand to ask questions or chat to but not on a 1:1 basis.
At this week’s Pop in and Chat, we will have Hayley or Emma from Cheshire West and Chester Sexual Health Service joining us. There will be a confidential space available for 1:1 chats about healthy relationships, periods, hormones, contraception and sexual health generally. This will run alongside the usual social session.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Trust (who deliver adult autism diagnoses) will be offering the following sessions in 2026 delivered by clinicians from the Adult Autism Service.
