Many autistic individuals struggle with executive functioning but it is no reflection of intelligence. There are many very successful people who’s ability to manage daily living tasks is impacted negatively by their poor executive functions.  Luckily there are things you can do to help like using calendars, timers, apps on your phone, limiting distractions and post it notes.
