The course is for anyone diagnosed autistic as an adult. It will cover different topics each week including social communication and connection, exploring sensory issues and how these affect you, executive functioning, masking, autistic burnout and associated mental health difficulties, exploring the strengths of autism and helping to build a positive autistic identity.
Transition advice sessions with a staff team member take place on the 2nd Wednesday of the month between 10am and 11am.
