• Chester Post Diagnostic Course – Week 2

    The course is for anyone diagnosed autistic as an adult. It will cover different topics each week including social communication and connection, exploring sensory issues and how these affect you, executive functioning, masking, autistic burnout and associated mental health difficulties, exploring the strengths of autism and helping to build a positive autistic identity.

    Our pop in and chat session is every Wednesday 1-3pm. This is an informal social session with board games, jigsaws, colouring and fidget toys, where members can chat to each other over a tea/coffee. Our staff and volunteers are on hand to ask questions or chat to but not on a 1:1 basis.
