Come and join us on 18^th September at 1pm as Jan, Dial’s Cook, demonstrates how to cook healthily using a slow cooker. Slow Cookers are really cost effective and can save you time and money, cooking slowly at a low temperature. Jan will give you a demonstration of how the cooker works, give ideas of the kinds of things you can cook in one and provide you with a one pot recipe book to take away. You’ll also get to try some tasty slow cooked treats that Jan prepared earlier.
