Topic based sessions delivered by our manager Karen McGuinness, will focus on a different type of transition each month. These sessions take place on the 3rd Wednesday of every month 10 – 11:30am.  The sessions will include lots of helpful strategies and advice, plus some will include living skills like managing money or meal planning.
