Our 1:1 support appointments last 45 mins and are quite informal.  We will get to know you and your circumstances, and you can let us know if there is anything you feel you need additional support with.  This could be anything from processing your diagnosis or getting information about autism, to supporting you to ask for reasonable adjustments at work.

We will follow up the appointment with an email outlining what we discussed and will also include resources and information to support you. We will signpost you to other services we feel can help you too.
