DESCRIPTION:Our transition peer support group is on the last Thursday of each month 10 – 11:30am\, providing an opportunity to share lived experiences and strategies with other autistic people. This is solely a peer support group\, so will be led by the attendees rather than a staff member \nTo book please follow the link HERE. All sessions MUST be pre-booked.
