SUMMARY:Slow Cooker Demonstration
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us on 18th September at 1pm as Jan\, Dial’s Cook\, demonstrates how to cook healthily using a slow cooker. Slow Cookers are really cost effective and can save you time and money\, cooking slowly at a low temperature. Jan will give you a demonstration of how the cooker works\, give ideas of the kinds of things you can cook in one and provide you with a one pot recipe book to take away. You’ll also get to try some tasty slow cooked treats that Jan prepared earlier. The session will include other tips on how to save money from our partner Cadent\, so make sure you book your space today.

DESCRIPTION:Our pop in and chat session is every Wednesday 1-3pm. This is an informal social session with board games\, jigsaws\, colouring and fidget toys\, where members can chat to each other over a tea/coffee. Our staff and volunteers are on hand to ask questions or chat to but not on a 1:1 basis.
